Marty Newkirk, Church Secretary
send Marty an email
Marty comes to Resurrection to use what skills she has to help the parish and to allow Father Billie to spend time on the important things it takes to make a church more than just a bunch of folks meeting once or twice a week. She was raised Methodist, but fell in love with the liturgy of the Episcopal Church on Easter Sunday, 33 years to the day from her baptism. She is beginning her fourth year in Austin following a dozen or so in Amarillo. She came to Austin to pursue a Master’s Degree in Religion. She lives with two cats and a whole bunch of books.
