Outreach

Current outreach includes mobile blood donation events and a Little Free Pantry.

The spring 2024 mobile blood donation date has not been announced yet.

The “Little Free Pantry” is hosted by Girl Scout Troop 835, and is available 24 hours a day, at the curb in front of the church office. You may drop off items or collect any items you need for free. Come as often as needed.

Past outreach includes facilitating philanthropic donations for charities and nonprofits, hosting large food pantries for both fresh foods and pantry staples, turkey supper baskets at Thanksgiving for families living below the poverty level, angel trees at Christmas for under served youth, compiling and donating angel bags of toiletries for unhoused persons, and freeze nights care with warm, safe overnight accommodations, hot supper and breakfast, and fellowship for unhoused men on nights with temperatures below 32° F.

Please reach out if you would like to recommend ways we can continue to care for our community, or to be involved with us.
